And to the Class of 2011, Welcome, Bienvenido, Bem-vindo, Willkommen, Zdravstvitye and Huan Yin!  FFT is back in style for the 09/10 school year, celebrating it’s 25th Anniversary.  We have an entirely new menu, greater selection of food, and will be recruiting awesome new managers (stay tuned in September/October).

I, like most of us, had my world reshaped by Art Swersey and operations. When Art guest volunteered, he promised to show us six sigma quality, and he did….and along the way, he said, “You have a bottleneck problem.”
