News and Upcoming Events

Healthcare Reform Panel: On Thursday, November 19th at 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM the Healthcare Club and the SOM Student Government will host a healthcare reform panel featuring SOM alums who are prominent in the healthcare industry.

Healthcare Conference Kick-off Meeting: On Tuesday, September 22nd we’ll hold a kick-off meeting for our 6th annual kick-off meeting.  This is an entirely student-run conference and relies on the talent and leadership of students from cross the Yale community. Opportunities for involvement include selecting and coordinating speakers, fundraising, handling logistics, marketing, and others.

Healthcare Networking Night: On Monday, September 21st SOM will hold its second annual Healthcare Networking Night. Companies attending Networking Night include Aetna, Boehringer Ingelheim, CIGNA, Covidien, and Memorial Sloan Kettering.  Come speak with many healthcare recruiters all in one location!

Healthcare Club Kick-Off Meeting: On Wednesday, September 16th we will hold our annual kick-off meeting in conjunction with the Yale Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Society.  Please join us at Anna Liffey’s at 6:00 PM.

Healthcare Career Search Prep Session: On Tuesday, September 15th we will hold a career search preparation session to introduce first year students to healthcare careers and to provide them with the opportunity to learn from the career search experiences of second year students.
