Welcome to the new home of the Latino Leadership Association at Yale SOM! We hope to update this site periodically with news and updates about our club and about the Latino community as a whole. In the meantime, please feel free to browse the site.

The mission of the Latino Leadership Association (LLA) is to promote Hispanic/Latino leaders in business and society, by improving the networking, social and career opportunities for Hispanics/Latinos at Yale SOM. Through associations with the National Society of Hispanic MBA’s, SOM alumni, and the broader Yale University network, the LLA provides support to current Hispanic/Latino students in relation to both academic and career development. The LLA hosts speakers, panels, and networking events throughout the year to support this mission.
